Extras $20 per night. Special events, long weekends and holidays additional $5-10 per night surcharge applies.
We do not charge booking or cleaning charges which are standard at other BnB accommodation places.
Please note: If units are not left clean and tidy, additional charges will apply to cover our additional cleaning costs.
Booking Details
Deposit payments are required to hold bookings:
Some events require a minimum of 3-4 days. Royal Adelaide Show Bookings Minimum of 7-10 Days
Check-in time 2pm: Pre arranged early check-ins may be available and need to be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.
If you know your approximate arrival time please confirm with us 2 days before arrival, preferably by email or alternatively phone 08 82971168.
Pricing is subject to change and may be slightly higher for special events and weekends and public holidays.
Please note: priority for bookings of downstairs apartments and/or walk-in showers will be given to elderly guests and those guests with medical conditions. When booking, please advise any special requirements.
Parking: Guest Parking is free during your stay, additional cars are subject to availability. If you wish to park in our car park while you are away we offer a car parking service for $5.50 inc gst per day, and subject to space availability.
